I have a question regarding cleansing liver and kidneys, and also general cleansing and reducing amma in your system. When I am cleansing by system, do i take multi vitamins will the cleansers fluch out the valuable vitmains as well.
What kinda diet should I follow when I am cleansing my system. I am basically taking cleansing tea which cleanses my liver as well as kidneys.
