I have been taking horse chesnut
as a cosmetic to relieve varicose veins.
It takes a long time, but I first noticed that the squigglies in my hands have starightened out and receded first. There is some progress in the legs and I don't swell up like I used to.

Do you know how horse chesnut works in the body?
I am seeking more information about it,
and if there are other alternatives.
