Ingrid,
I have lived in Arizona, USA since 1996. Previous I had great skin.
Now my skin is sagging and I have so many wrinkles I could plant corn.
I drink water excessively to remain hydrated, at least 1 gallon or more a day.
I use night creams and sunscreen during the day. I am 50 years old, fair skin, blone hair (thinning) and blue eyse.
Please offer some suggestions.
Janice

Janice,

One gallon of water a day might be excessive. Hydration is important but the quality of the water is as crucial as the quantity and too much water could result in loss of trace minerals and perhaps other nutrients because there would be extreme pressure on the kidneys to keep flushing out the fluid. Real rejuvenation of the skin requires colon management and proper use of high quality dietary oils. These are much more effective than creams that are applied topically.

I have had severe Acid Reflux for over 3 years. I have been on Prevacid for most of the this time. I have had all the state of the art testing to confirm this. The docs only prescribe the usual antiacid medicines. I have tried herbs & they only add to my problems. I have noticed that honey seems to help when I drink tea. Is there a connection? I contacted William Lagadyn to see if there is any hope that he can give. Is anyone familiar with his appraoch?
