Hi Ingrid! I'm writing because I have suffered from a wide variety of chronic health problems for several years. Frequent rashes, bacterial vaginosis, gum disease with bad breath, excessive sweating, body odor, thin, brittle hair, depression and serious emotional withdrawal from the world. I have no friends and spend very little time out socially for fear of offending people. In addition I find it very hard to keep a job for more than six or nine months because of the sweating and body odor. I really am tired of living this way and want to make a change for the better. I know that the symptoms I described would be helped by a change in diet and lifestyle. But I have a lot of difficulty commiting to change and following through. I have experience with macrobiotics, whole foods, wise woman herbalism, yoga, etc. It's not the modalities that don't work, it's me! Everytime I try to make positive changes, cravings arise or I get too tired or disinterested in life to do anything. Can you possibly help me by making a suggestion that incorporates small changes that have some impact? I find I get easily discouraged. I know I need to develop patience also. Thanks for any information!

Yes, I really see that you need something that is simple. My recommendation would be Planetary's Red Clover Combination, 6-12 tablets a day, before meals being better because the bitters stimulate the flow of gastric juices.

Over a period of 2-6 months, many of your symptoms should subside and then you might be motivated to conquer the remaining challenges.

Best wishes and let us know how this goes for you.
