I am someone who for years neglected symptoms and pain. After about 2-3 years on high stress related job assignments with no time to excursive and take of myself, I have recently wake up see that I look 10 years older, wake up with pain every morning, feel tired all the time and have no desire to do any exercise. I am attempting new beginning. I have started two weeks ago to go to the Gym, started to go to hot yoga classes and I want to do the Flush. I have not seen a doctor in 2-3 years, but I was diagnosed with gallbladder stones about 5 years ago. From what I am reading on this discussion board my pain symptoms are a bit different. I have pain almost 24/7 but it is not a killer. Constant heaviness with pain under my rib and shoulder and in gets worst when I eat heavy meals. I eat mostly salads and meats. I also developed tendency in the past year to pass gas in the morning and after a meal that is not salad.

I need some direction for the Flush. I have hard time eating fruits and drinking fruit juices. The only juice I like is carrot juice. I know I will not be able to complete 3 days of apple juice fast. Can I substitute that with carrot juice? I am not sure also if the fast is a mandatory, please advice.
