hi all, i am now going to try a second flush,the 1st worked but the pain has returned.i am very confused on excatly what you should eat after the flush. Does anyone know of what foods to avoid and what foods help with the galbladder? i know fatts are no,but i want to help reduce the chance of more problems in the future.any help would be greatly appreciated. | ||

You might try avoiding the simple carbs like most breads and pastas. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables are great but not at the same meal. Make sure there is a gap between them, at least two hours. | ||
