I wondered if the bean soup would contribute to an already gaseous GI and my answer came in the form of belching hours after consuming the soup. I'm desparate to solve problems which are minor compared to what others are dealing with but for me I just want to have a balanced body that functions properly. I suspect adrenal exhaustion after all those years of dieting and now I'm gaining weight like a rabbit reproduces. This in itself is quite stressful! I'm hoping the soup will deflate the balloon that is protruding where my flat stomach used to be. I know digestion is the key to everything and it just doesn't seem to be improving even though I've spent the last 10 months cleansing the bowel since I believed it must be overburdened after 52 years of use. Maybe I've been trying to clean up the wrong organ and now that I've read about gallbladder flushes it's possible I'm focusing on the wrong issue. I'm not horribly ill but I know that if I don't fix it now it's not going to improve with age. Ok, I'm not fine wine! Please, Ingrid, I hope you can shed some light as to why I keep gaining weight (just 5 lbs this week) and how I can drop it and soon. Getting fatter by the day is really stressing me out. I just started taking Stone Free. I've been eating organic for nearly 10 years. I've done some parasite cleanses from time to time, had my amalgams replaced, spent tons of money on colonics and herbs and I still feel tired. I know that the body will heal itself if only I can find the right support it needs. -Beverly
