Hi Ingrid-
One more question relating to your "Adrenal Exhaustion" tapes- you extensively talk about Chakras. The problem is that I've never read anything really about them, other than a little bit in my "Yoga Journal" magazine. Is there anywere in your websites that you discuss them...I'd just like some general information like: how many there are, what their purpose is, what they're called, why are they important to know about, etc. I'm quite the novice when it comes to this.
THANKS!

I'll post something on this when I get a chance. It's a very complex subject. There are seven major ones.

The adrenals are related to the first, the base chakra where the survival instinct is anchored. It operates below the threshold of consciousness and go into alert and then full scale reaction whenever something imperils life: anything from bad air, danger from contaminated food or allergies, physical danger, stress of any kind, including relationships, etc., etc.
