Hi Ingrid
I have enjoyed reading your site. I have a problem with frequent blurred vision and sometimes double vision. I am a fairly heavy computer user and I also have a lazy eye, which previously did not cause me serious problems. Also I have been to several eye doctors with no results. The problem has been for 18 months now.

I am considering using Lycium Berries or extract/supplement to help with this? Do you have any recommendations?
Thanks
Trina

Yes, Trina, I have a number of recommendations.

Blurry vision is actually caused by liver congestions, as you surmised. Detoxification and then rejuvenation help tremendously.

Next, you should be using a radiation shielded or lower radiation monitor (or LCD). Basically, no level of radiation is safe so you want to avoid it as much as possible. LCD screens are safer for two reasons. First, they do not have radiation from phosphorus; second, they do not refresh in the way that conventional monitors do. While the eye is tricked into seeing a steady image, the brain is not fooled. The refresh rate varies tremendously, but after a while, the brain synchronizes with the refresh rate and while the eyes are actually moving down the screen, the retention rate is impaired because the brain is going on and off like the monitor.

Next, I would suggest deliberately refocusing your eyes, preferably by looking out the window, using natural light, etc., etc. If you can also go outside for a few minutes, it will force the muscles and retina and so forth to adjust and not be so lazy.

Lastly, avoiding sweets, emphasizing leafy green vegetables, and making sure that you are getting enough trace minerals should help. One way to know whether the radiation is leeching trace minerals is whether your eyes are light sensitive or your muscles are in spasm, tell-tale signs that the radiation is robbing you of what you need to maintain tissues.

Good luck!

It's usually involved with congestion. Floaters that are more whitish involve "excess water" and mucus congestion. Floaters that are darker involve toxicity and the liver. Decongesting and detoxifying are the answers.

I've gotten a very speedy cataract in my right eye. Now my left eye, (my distance eye)
is beginning to give me trouble.
Your words to Trina, about the liver being congested, rang a bell, seemed like an almost familiar tone. In any case, I could use a good liver cleanse. Do you have a recommendation of one kind over another?
I could go on and on; it could just cloud the issue. Vision is critically important to me.

Over the past three months my right eye has been blurring when I am in heat ie hot sunny day or in a sunna. When I cool off or jump in a pool my vision gets better. My eye doctor thinks I may have been wearing my contacts to much. However I have not worn my contacts out for 3 week with no sign of imporovement. Any ideas what could be wrong?
